Prada does not offer sales and promotions directly. Meaning, you won’t be able to score a deal at a Prada boutique or by shopping on their website.
By choosing to rarely have sales, Prada creates a sense of urgency and exclusivity for their products, making them even more desirable.
However, third-party retailers that are licensed to sell authentic Prada frequently hold sales.
Some of these sales are seasonal and take place at the end of each season, while others are all year round – more on this below!

You probably didn’t know that Nordstrom consistently holds a designer private sale. This sale is a very IYKYK event that not everyone has access to.
For those in pursuit of Prada’s exquisite pieces at Nordstrom, the key lies in gaining access to the store’s private designer sales.

Not only is Yoox a great spot to find discounted designer items, but their frequent sales events make it even more appealing for thrifty luxury fashion enthusiasts globally.
Additional Department Stores & Online Retailers for Prada Sales
When it comes to Prada shoes and accessories, don’t sleep on Saks Off Fifth and Nordstrom Rack! Although finding Prada at these stores might be a needle in a haystack situation, I’ve seen a handful of bags, shoes, and accessories (especially sunglasses) filter through.
Saks Off Fifth is my go-to for discounted designer sunglasses. Now that I think about it, I don’t think I’ve ever bought designer sunglasses full price!
When shopping online, just be mindful that Saks Off Fifth mixes in their pre-owned items with regular items.

In addition, other reputable online retailers tend to occasionally discount seasonal Prada items.
Websites like Net-a-Porter, The Outnet, and Farfetch often host time-limited sales events where you can sometimes snag Prada items at discounted prices.
Department stores like Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue often have promotions, especially during the holiday season, where you can get a deal on designer goodies.
Not to mention, these stores may offer loyalty programs or credit card benefits that can provide extra savings, so be sure to sign up for any perks.
If and when these sales happen, they tend to be pretty hush-hush. In my opinion, you’re better off going in person because they aren’t really advertised.

If you’re looking for a more consistent discount option, you can also consider purchasing pre-owned Prada items.

Does Prada Have Black Friday Sales?
As mentioned above, by choosing to rarely have sales, Prada creates a sense of urgency and exclusivity for their products.
As a result, we lust over their products even more.
Quite the brilliant sales technique *sigh.*
Unfortunately, Prada does not participate in Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales and promotions.
By rarely offering discounts, the brand ensures that customers are paying for the superior quality and design of their products, rather than just a name or label.
But wait..
Third-party retailers (such as the ones listed above) may offer Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday promotions on Prada items. It all depends on the retailer and what’s available.
